La Mesita Family Shelter
La Mesita is a housing facility for families in transition.
The LOC church family enjoys bringing a carnival of fun to La Mesita every Spring at Easter time and then again in December during the Christmas holiday season. Another ministry to the center includes the annual Christmas Baskets. At Christmas we gather new household items, toiletries and family fun supplies and deliver 30 baskets to the 30 families living at the facility.
