At Light of Christ Church, our mission is to glorify God by following Jesus, loving others, and living out our faith in everyday life. We are committed to growing in Christ, serving our community, and walking together in truth and grace.
A PLACE TO BELONG
"No one needs a church. Everyone needs a church family." We are finding this longing in many people. In a world where we are surrounded by superficiality, God has created us to be in meaningful, loving, and encouraging relationships. We desire that everyone would come to know the Father; His perfect love and peace.
A PLACE TO BELIEVE
We have been created to believe in God, but we tend to misplace that faith. We put our faith in ourselves, our families, other people, or things; no wonder there is so much disillusionment and despair. At LOC we encourage each other with this simple phrase: “Eyes on Jesus”. He is the Author and Perfector of our faith. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. We place our faith in Jesus, learn to follow Him, and He takes care of the rest.
A PLACE TO BECOME
We live in a world that knows nothing about unconditional love, because the world does not know Jesus. The world is chasing what Christ freely gives to us: perfect love. We cannot save ourselves from our sins, so Jesus paid for all of them; he died for us so we can live with God forever. This is love. As we continually receive His love, we get the joy of pouring it out to our family, friends, neighbors...everyone.
